For safety
This catalogue indicates important points as "Danger" and "Caution". 1.Note for the design selection
Install the safety cover.
Inserting the finger or hand to the machine during the operation, which may cause the injury. Install the safety cover to protect from hazard.
Install the safety device.
The following shaft and driven shaft could be separated, when this products has been damaged. Install the safety device such as safety brake etc. to protect from hazard. Also machine should be stopped when safety cover is opened.
Do not use this over allowable torque.
Machine might be affected when the products used with over allowable transmission torque. Do not use the product with over allowable transmission torque.
2.Note for installation
Do not turn on the power of machine.
Dangerous situation could be happened during uninstall the products, if accidentally machine starts. Make sure that main power of the machine is off.
Tightening screws, and bolts completely.
Damage of products, lack of the full specifications, and dangerous situation could be happened, if bolts and screws are not tightened completely. Use the torque wrench and tighten with standard torque.
Do not use the screws and bolts, which are not selected by manufacture.
Using the screws and bolts, which are not selected by us may cause the damage and loosen. Do not use the screws and bolts, which are not selected.
Use the products under the maximum allowable capacity,
which we recommended.
Use our products under the maximum allowable capacity for installation. If use our products over the maximum allowable capacity, it cause of the damage or effects on machine.
Use the protection
Wear the safety grasses and groves for safe install operation.

Do not turn more than high rotation speed.
It could be damaged and dangerous that using the products more than high rotation speed. Use the coupling under high rotation speed.
Do not use this under slipping condition.
The products may heat and effects on machine with slipping condition. Do not use this under the slipping condition.
If the vibration or noise occurred, immediately stop the operation.
Miss installation causes the noise and vibration. If this problem leave then it might damage the machine. Even the problem is not from miss installation, however screws might be loosened.
Do not use the circumstances where effects to the products.
Do not use the circumstances (with chemical, rusty area, high temperature, low temperature etc.) where effects to the products.
4. Note for the inspection
Do not turn on the power of machine.
