For installation
Wipe up the shaft surface to clean rust, dust, and dart.
Rust protection oil is spread to this coupling for packing, therefore wipe the oil at the bore.

N coupling (Stainless or Plating) use as it is.
How to install
Simple centering confirmation between 2 shafts.
- Check if the coupling slides smoothly right to left after installed to the shaft.
Install the coupling to the shaft and tightening the nut slowly after position is fixed. (check with slitting in the center between two shafts). Tighten the both side nut in turn gently at start and finally with certain torque. (Fig.1)
This coupling has single slit therefore if only one side nut is tighten with only one side shaft installation, this might cause of bore deformation on the other side.(φ6 - φ25)Coupling will be deformed if nut is over tightening. This might cause of slip of coupling. Use torque wrench for right tightening torque.- For first loosen nut.
After installation, machine keeps running s for 30 minutes and tightened the nut again.
Confirmation of safety before uninstallation
Check your safety first before loosen the locking screws.
Turn off the main switch, check thrust load and torque are not on coupling or check the drops.
Uuninstallation
Loosen the nut with holding the body by spanner to release a shaft.

Tightening torque
(*)Standard, elecrtroless nickel plating and stainless types have the same specifications.
For reuse of coupling
Take in parts for this coupling and peel out old sealing tape on body and nut. Roll up with new sealing tape at body one around and half. Use the screw sealing tape of pipe (0.1mm thickness). Refer the table below for suitable width of sealing tape.
