VERTICAL TYPE ROTARY DRESSER

Super abrasive grid of Diamond or CBN wheel is difficult for dressing and truing. Rotary dresser can be used on a machine and is highly effective for precision dressing and truing for exchange the Grindstone and preventing loading. Comparing 1.83µm of turning deflection after 3000 times cut (1hour 45min) tooling with former brake dresser, however 0.3µm of turning deflection by 200 times cut (7min) with rotary dresser.

CLEAN SEPARATE

(Grinding, cut, cleaning liquid) Filtration device.
The filtration of coolant liquid of machining center. An environment of machines can be improved by always providing filtered clean cutting liquid from filtration device. This can be installed with cylindrical grinder, surface grinder, or other high precision grinders. This also prevents loading of Grindstone and realizes longer life of cutting liquid. Filtration device is necessary for high precision grinding process.

Multiple type filtration filter

Wastewater is filtrated through filter A, and sludge is stored inside. When the filter A is blocked up, then wastewater inflows to the filter B next. When the filter B is blocked up, then wastewater inflows to the filter C, and the filter D next and so on. In this situation, each of A, B, C, D filter is not totally blocked up, however still functions as precipitation tank. Therefore the multiple type filtration filter is effective and long life.
