Effects of Million guide
The punching accuracy is expected to be increased by Million guide to keep the clearance between the punching and the die evenly in all directions. Also the die set regrinding cycle is expected to be extended by decreasing the chipping of the punching and the die with its higher rigidity.

Application example 3
Actual example for the lamination die set of the motor core

This is the application for lamination die set for stepping motor core.
6 pieces of Million guide GNG50-160 and 8 pieces of Stripper guide GNS32-115-80 are used for it. (Die set size 450mm × 850mm)
Actual example for TAB tape punching die set

This is the application for using 674 hole punching by φ0.3 carbide punch at once.
4 pieces of Million guide GNG20-120 and 2 pieces of Stripper guide GNS20-70-50 are used for it.
